I Go to the Sea: Inter-Generational Journeys of Resilience and Renewal - Exhibition

This multi-disciplinary Arts and Research project explores the physical, emotional, and social benefits of cold-water swimming in Waterford. The project is an ethnographic study of a local inter-generational swimming community, focused on the Silver Swimmers and younger members. The work will culminate in a mixed-media exhibition displayed at the festival.

The event takes place at Library Learning Lab, Luke Wadding Library, Cork Road Campus, Waterford. All are welcome and free to attend.
